Update: August 4, 2013 (read on kindle) I first read this in December 2012 I believe.
My local library has this book in paperback. And now I have it on kindle, unfortunately it's not lendable.
I have been in a reading rut..yes, again and I decided to search through Amazon for some of my favorite themes.. I was even getting stuck thinking about what to search on, so I started looking at Cheryl St. John's books.
She's not someone I've read a lot, and I thought I might find a hidden gem. Nothing new (to me) from her spoke to me, so I 1-clicked
His Secondhand Wife. It's my hands down favorite from her. And
Noah the hero, is outstanding. I love him.
I still don't like the thought that the heroine has had sex with and married brothers, but it definitely fit with the period the book was set in .
I'd go as far to say I haven't really liked any other books of hers and it's because the first one I read was
His Secondhand Wife and this book ruined me for all of her others since my expectations were high.
